The portal also incorporates a state-of-the-art estimator capable of producing complete brochures, presenting the estimated banking value of the goods, in a matter of seconds. A fast, modern tool designed to provide a clear and professional view of the market. Palmer-immo.ch will also introduce a Top Listing feature from January 2026, allowing users to move an ad up the search results to maximize its visibility.

The bridge to palmer-immo.ch is available for CHF 39 per month.®With just one click from Immomig®, your properties are automatically published on palmer-immo.ch, giving you immediate visibility to a target audience actively searching for properties.

For Immomig® users who also activate the mailbox scanner, the price remains the same: CHF 39 per month, with no additional charge.

A subscription to the palmer-immo.ch portal is required to publish your ads. The publication of property on the portal is free until 31 December 2025, and then becomes payable from 1 January 2026, starting at CHF 25 per month.
