It’s official: the brand new e-mailing tool from Immomig® is now available for all accounts!

Designed to simplify your mailings and improve the impact of your communications, it gradually replaces the old system, which will remain available until the end of November to ensure a smooth transition.

A complete overhaul for more flexibility

This new module marks a major step forward in communication management for Immomig® customers. Completely redesigned, it offers a WYSIWYG ("What You See Is What You Get") interface, allowing you to create your e-mails with a visual rendering that is faithful to the final result, without the need to master HTML.

Now you can:

  • Create, customize and send emails in multiple languages (French, German, Italian, English) in a single send. Each contact automatically receives the message in their preferred language.
  • Preview your messages before sending, including replaced mail merge elements, for complete control over the layout.
  • Format your texts freely, insert images, links, signatures and files with ease.

Easy migration: your old templates are already there

Good news: all your old subject and message templates have been transferred to the new system.
 When templates were already linked, they have been automatically merged into a single template combining the subject and the message body.

You can:

  • Manually merge multiple templates to create new variations.
  • Filter and organize your templates by language.
  • Easily create multilingual templates for more consistent and professional campaigns.

Simplified sending from your properties or CRM

The new emailing tool is fully integrated into the Immomig® ecosystem, whether you are sending a message from contact management (CRM) or from your properties, the process remains intuitive and unified.

In short:

  1. Select your recipients (or a contact segment).
  2. Choose your properties, subject and correspondence language.
  3. Write or select an email template.
  4. Add files, PDF folders, personalized signatures or mail merges.
  5. Check the multilingual rendering, then send!
Mass sending is possible up to 5,000 contacts per batch. Publishing tools allow you to insert dynamic links so that your customers can update their search criteria, indicate that they are no longer looking for a property or view their profile.

With this new tool, you will gain:
